Isabbael is a proprietary formulation from Baidyanath pharmaceuticals used to treat diarrhea due to Amoebiasis. If stool contains mucus and patients feels mild to strong crump before passing stool then it is clear symptom of Amoebiasis infection. Isabbael is very good for bacillary dysentery also. Take 1 teaspoonful twice daily with water for 5-7 days
Maharishi Ambimap for diarrhea and dysentery
Ambimap herbal formulation possesses multi-purpose approach to control and cure Diarrhoea (Atisar) and dysentery (Pravahika). It treats all kind of parasitic infection and provides fast relief. Take 1-2 tablets (2-3) times a day with water.
Baidyanath Amoebica Tablet
Amoebica is the best medicine for treating amoebiasis acts as an astringent specially used in amoebisis and diarrhoea. Take 2 tablets 3 times daily with water.
Divya Kutajghan Vati for dysentery and diarrhea

There are many more ayurvedic medicines but above are good enough and you can buy it from medicine store or online.
Important: Do not eat meat, poultry, spicy, oily foods, raw vegetable and breads. Eat rice curd, soup banana and light foods. These medicine is really very effective for chronic Amoebiasis also. If after 3-5 days you are not getting any relief then you should see a doctor.
