How to make Churna
You can easily find this in grocery store or some ayurvedic store in India and sub-continent. For making churna remove seeds and grind flesh(coarse).

Dosage
1 teaspoonful twice a day with lukewarm water.
Note: It should avoided by pregnant womens and very lean body people. You should avoid this if suffering from severe debility, mental depression, while fasting. You should not take this for longer period and if you have some old and frequent stomach problem.
