Chaturjat churna is poly-herbal Ayurvedic medicine prepared by mixing four medicinal herbs in equal amount viz. barks of Cinnamommum zeylanicum (Cinnamon), seeds of Elettaria cardamomum (Cardamom), leaves of Cinnamommum tamala (Bay Leaf) and flowers of Mesua ferrea (Saffron). This churna is indicated for vata and kapha dosha. It is also useful in improving appetite and digestion.
