Trayodashang Guggul is polyherbal Ayurvedic medicine indicated in treatment of vaat vikar. It gives relief in pain due to sciatica, stiffness of joints, arthritis and other nervous disease. Trayodashang Guggul has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, muscle relaxant properties and gives relief in neuralgic pain. It has vata shamak herbs like babbul, ashwagandha, shatavari, gokshur, shati, yavani, shunthi, rasna and guggulu.

Key Ingredients of Trayodashang Guggulu

Babbula twak Acacia Arabica 1 part, Ashwagandha Withania somnifera 1 part, Hapusha Juniperus communis 1 part, Guduchi Tinospora cordifolia 1 part, Shatavari Asparagus racemosus 1 part, Gokshur Tribulus terrestris 1 part, Vriddhadaru Ipomoea petaloidea 1 part, Rasna Pluchea lanceolata 1 part, Sathava  Anethum sowa 1 part, Sati Hedychium spicatum 1 part, Ajamoda Trachyspermum ammi 1 part, Shunthi Zingiber officinale 1 part,   Guggul  Commiphora wightii 12 parts, Clarified butter from Cow’s milk 6 parts

Uses of Trayodashang Guggulu

  • Vata-Kapha Roga
  • Stiffness in lumbo-sacral region , Pain in arm, Cervical Spondylitis
  • Grdhdhrasi or sciatica
  • Stiffness of the knee, Limping due to vitiation of Vata
  • Bone disease due to Vaat dosha, Bone marrow disorder,  Bone fracture
  • Inflammation of ligaments
  • Cardiac failure
  • Disorders of female genital tract
  • Abscess

Dosage of Trayodashang Guggulu

2 to 4 tablets or 2-3 grams in divided doses in a day, 2-3 times a day,  or as directed by physician.
The Anupan (fluid vehicle or drink with medicine) for this medicine is Maharasnadi Kadha, Dashamoolarishta, Mansarasa, Milk or lukewarm water.
