Ginger remedies to treating digestion problems
Here are few remedies that can done at home using Ginger for curing Digestive problems such as indigestion, anorexia, excess bile, nausea, vomiting etc.
- Indigestion and low appetite
Take equal parts of ginger juice with lemon juice and rock salt just before meals. It will cure indigestion and improves appetite.
Or you can take dry ginger powder with ghee or hot water. - Biliousness
Biliousness or excessive bile means impaired digestion, abdominal pain, constipation, and excessive gas. For treating this condition, take ginger juice and boil in cow’s milk till volume reduces to half, add misri and take before sleep. - Nausea and vomiting
Take ginger juice with onion juice. - Treating diarrhoea due to indigestion using Ginger
