Domstal is Allopathic medicine which is used in nausea and vomiting, gastrointestinal reflux and upper abdominal discomfort and relieving sense of fullness during or after eating meals. This modern drug acts on stomach and vomiting centre in the brain. It increases the action of the muscles in the gastrointestinal tract so that food moves more effectively through the digestive system. Each millimetre of medicine contains domperidone 1 mg. The dosage of this medicine is 0.3 mg per dose.

Age 1-2 year (average weight 10-12 kg): 3.0-3.5 mg
Age 2-3 year (average weight 12-14 kg): 3.5 mg-4.0 mg
Age 3-4 year (average weight 14-18 kg): 4.0-5.5 mg
Age 4-5 year (average weight 18-20 kg): 5.5-6.0 mg
Dose in Adult: 10-20 mg 3-4 times daily. Max: 80 mg/day.
